• A page of "credits" is not acceptable. Please credit my graphics actually on the page(s) of use. Deep Linking is not permitted. Linking to http://www.countryfaerycreations.com/linkware.html for instance, is an example of deep linking. Please don't do this.
  
  
• You may not alter, change, colorize, resize, modify, or tube any or all images without specifically indicated approval with the sole exception of adding text to any supplied blank button or image designed for this purpose.
  
  
• You may not use any of the images, premade adoptables, or sigtags to create filters, brushes, tubes, nozzles, other graphics, fonts or other current/future software plugins.
  
  
• You may not use graphics from the linkware section if you are developing websites for others at no charge and then advertise these sites within a client portfolio with intent to acquire additional paying clients.
  
  
• Any site whose intent is to earn revenue is considered a commercial endeavor (I do not consider another graphic artist as a commercial website). The linkware graphics are for non-profit (i.e. personal) web pages only. If you want to use my graphics on a commercial site, you will need to register it with me.
  
  
• You must have the No Right Click, No Drag & Drop, and the No Image Toolbar codes inserted into your pages. This is to prevent from theft of my graphics and perhaps even yours. You can find all these scripts and more at Dynamic Drive or Contact Me and I will send them to you.
  
  
• Please load the images to your own server or web site directory. Web TV users: please use a Web TV Transloader service or visit this site for a wonderful explanation and tips.
  
  
• Please refrain from using the graphics within pages promoting child abuse, hate, bigotry, racism, animal abuse, anti-military, and/or any pornographic activities.
  
  
• Please only sites in English or at least a translator on your site so I know what type of content you have. For MySpace users, save the images to your own computer and upload to your own server or freebie host. Please include a text link or logo linked back to Country Faery Creations if you do use my images.
